The mix leads with sharp, juicy lime, backed by a touch of orange sweetness to round out the edges. It's tart rather than sugary, so the citrus stays front and centre and doesn't bury the spirit you pour in with it. There's enough body to hold up over ice without going watery too quickly.
Shake with tequila over ice and strain into a salt-rimmed glass, or build it straight over cubes if you're making a few at once.
