There is a hint of spice and fresh herbs from the whole bunch component and the mouthwatering natural acidity and fine tannins result in a textural and long lasting finish.

Lifted white peach, yellow nectarine and fresh pineapple marry with a hint of florals and spice from the French oak. The palate is fresh and tight, dominated by stone fruits, citrus and green melon. Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine created in oxnard, california by Joe Hurliman. The differnt grapes in this bottle are aged separatly and mixed just before bottling. Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon is lightly filtered giving its taste a bold add-on. It gives the tongue spice with vegitable and a nice acidic backbone.
