Liquid Love Pornstar Martini Mix is a 500mL ready-to-pour cocktail mixer made in Byron Bay, NSW, built for one of the most ordered cocktails going around. It takes the measuring and shaking out of the equation, so you can turn out a round of Pornstar Martinis at home without a bar's worth of bottles on the bench.
Passionfruit leads, tropical and tangy, with vanilla softening the edges and a squeeze of citrus keeping it from tipping into syrupy. It's sweet, as the drink should be, but there's enough acidity running underneath to stop it cloying after the first glass.
Shake with vodka over ice and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. A small glass of sparkling wine on the side is the traditional accompaniment, and a half passionfruit floated on top finishes it off. Good for parties, long afternoons and anyone who'd rather spend the time with their guests than behind the bench. Keep refrigerated once opened.
