Capi Still Mineral Water is an Australian still mineral water in a 500mL glass bottle, sourced and bottled at the spring in the Victorian Highlands. It is the sort of thing you put on a dinner table, behind a bar, or out at an event where a plastic bottle would look out of place.
The water is clean and soft on the palate, with a light mineral character and no sweetness or fizz to get in the way of food or spirits.
