Serve it as it comes on a small plate with crusty bread, or tip it over boiled potatoes with a little of the oil and a pinch of paprika. It suits a share board alongside olives, cheese and other tins, and works well with a chilled glass of albariño, dry sherry or a cold beer. A handy thing to keep in the cupboard for guests who turn up without much notice.
