The Jacquart Brut Mosaique NV is a sparkling wine that is full of aromas of fresh pear, fig and almond, with hints of orange flower along with richer notes of honey and freshly baked bread. A fresh and supple palate with a long and fruity finish interwoven with citrus minerality and touches of freshly baked bread. It is fresh and supple in flavour, with a gentle, tangy acid line and chalk-mineral mouthfeel.
