Domaine Pichot Brut is a very fresh and richly complex sparkling Vouvray aged on its lees up to 3 years until disgorgement with each order being prepared and freshly disgorged for us sur commande.

Very lively bubbles with ripe intense Chenin flavours, very fresh and quite full bodied.

(Skin Contact) Semillon and Chardonnay from 2018, harvested together and fermented – daily hand plunging for 1 week. Pressed off gently into old oak French and Hungarian Barrels to age on whole lees for 4 years to add that creamy rich body roundness. Bottle fermented and riddled for 1 year traditional method then late disgorged.
