While youthful, the wine shows a tannic backbone not normally seen in Gembrook Pinot - vibrant red cherry flavours - it is evident the care given to the vines (Ian's passion) from the excpetionally balanced and quality wine that has been produced.

The 2014 Yarden Sauvignon Blanc exhibits attractive characters of passion fruit, melon, lime and guava, rounded out with a touch of flint.

Gosset Grande Reserve Brut displays a subtle and beautifully crafted framework which is the signature of Gosset champagnes.

A palate that is dominated by refreshing mineral notes combined with a warm and consistent flavour echoing the wine’s richness and plumpness. From under a rich expression of ripe and dried fruit, a gentle persistent freshness comes through.

The wine is very concentrated with good structure, and the middle palate displaying savory, tobacco leaves and nutty flavours - a serious pinot noir for the true pinot noir fan - very limited allocation received.
