(Skin Contact) Semillon and Chardonnay from 2018, harvested together and fermented – daily hand plunging for 1 week. Pressed off gently into old oak French and Hungarian Barrels to age on whole lees for 4 years to add that creamy rich body roundness. Bottle fermented and riddled for 1 year traditional method then late disgorged.
