Typical from the exposed Fighting Gully Road site, the mid palate exhibits ripe berry fruits with a fine line of acidity and tannin running throughout.

It has a structure unlike many examples of Australian Pinot Noir, more akin to wines from Pommard.

Crisp and refreshing, with citrus zest, melon, and a smooth, buttery finish.

A delightful aroma of dark cherries, plum and black currant, with a hint of the cigar box.

The palate is generous and full bodied with fruit wedded to subtle oak, and a smooth, lasting finish.

Excellent with roast lamb, beef, pork, casseroles & cheeses.

On the palate, it is plush and juicy, with red fruit flavors leading into a fresh, lively acid line. This expressive Grenache showcases elegance and drinkability.

On the palate, it is medium-bodied and juicy, showcasing a rich core of dark fruit flavors, lively acidity, and fine, chalky tannins. The finish is fresh and energetic, reflecting the wine's minimal intervention approach and its Eden Valley origin.
